MY FAMILY:

I live with my mom, my dad and my brother. My mom’s name is Jessica, my father’s name is Jorge and my brother’s name is Alan. To support my family my dad works on whatever comes up.

MY HOME & COMMUNITY:

Our house has two bedrooms and it has one bathroom. The roof is made of metal sheets,  the floor and walls are made of wood. It is located in “Villa Garzon”, a community in Soacha, Colombia. We have electricity but no gas. Water arrives once per week, and we have to collect it in containers to use it for cooking, bathing, and drinking. The weather is cold and the streets are unpaved.
