MY FAMILY:

I live with my mom, my siblings and my nephew. My mom’s name is Genesis, my siblings are Francis and Franger, and my nephew’s name is Milan. To support my family my mom works selling coffe on the street.

MY HOME & COMMUNITY:

Our house has two bedrooms and it has one bathroom. The roof is made of metal sheets,  the floor is the dirt and the walls are made of wood. It is located in “Villa Garzon”, a community in Soacha, Colombia. We have electricity but no gas. Water arrives once per week, and we have to collect it in containers to use it for cooking, bathing, and drinking. The weather is cold and the streets are unpaved.
