MY FAMILY:

I live with my mom, and my sister. My mom’s name is Yuris, and my sister’s name is Aryuris. To support my family my mom works doing different tasks when work comes up such as fishing, cut wood, farmer or selling handcfrafts.

MY HOME & COMMUNITY:

Our house has two bedrooms and one bathroom. It is located in “Ceibal,” a small community located in Bolivar, Colombia. It is made of concrete and has metal sheets as a roof. We have electricity, but there it is not stable. We do not have drinking water,  we have to collect it in containers to use it for cooking, bathing, and drinking. The weather is hot and the streets are unpaved.
