MY FAMILY:

I live with my mom. My mom’s name is Maribel. To support my family my mom works as a cleaner.

MY HOME & COMMUNITY:

We live in a rented house, it has one bedroom and one bathroom. It is located in “Guabal,” a neighborhood located in southern Bogota, Colombia. It is made of wood and has metal sheets as a roof. We have electricity, but there is no waste management. Water arrives once per week, and we have to collect it in containers to use it for cooking, bathing, and drinking. The weather is cold and the streets are unpaved.
