MY FAMILY:

I live with my mom and my sisters. My mom’s name is Marisol, my sister are: Laura, Keidy and Thamy. To support my family my mom works as a cleaner, but is not a stable job.

MY HOME & COMMUNITY:

Our house has one bedroom and one bathroom. It is made of roof tiles and wood. It is located in “Altos de la Florida,” a neighborhood in Soacha, Colombia. We have electricity,  but there is no waste management. Water arrives twice per week, and we have to collect  it in containers to use it for cooking, bathing, and drinking. The weather is cold and the streets are unpaved.
