MY FAMILY:

I live with my grand parents, my mom, my aunt and my sister. My grand parents are: Martha and  Francisco, my aunt’s name is Paola, my mom’s name is Maria and my sister’s name is Salome. To support my family my grandfather works as a freelancer on the street and my mom works as a cleaner.

MY HOME & COMMUNITY:

We live in a rented house, it has two bedrooms and one bathroom. It is concrete. It is located in “Divino Niño,” a neighborhood in Soacha, Colombia. We have electricity,  but there is no waste management. Water arrives twice per week, and we have to collect  it in containers to use it for cooking, bathing, and drinking. The weather is cold and the streets are unpaved.
