MY FAMILY:

I live with my mom, my dad, and my siblings. My mom’s name is Lilia, my father’s name is Salvador and my siblings are: Jose, Laura, Paola, Sara. To support my family my dad works fixing computers.

MY HOME & COMMUNITY:

Our house has four bedrooms and one bathroom. It is located in “Guabal,” a neighborhood located in southern Bogota, Colombia. It is made of wood and has metal sheets as a roof. We have electricity, but there is no waste management. Water arrives once per week, and we have to collect it in containers to use it for cooking, bathing, and drinking. The weather is cold and the streets are unpaved.
