MY FAMILY:

I live with my parents and my siblings. My dad’s name is Neider, my mom’s name is Sindris, and my siblings are: Neider and Andres. To support my family my dad works in construction.

MY HOME & COMMUNITY:

Our house has two bedrooms and one bathroom. It is made of roof tiles, wood and the floor is dirt. It is located in “Altos de la Florida,” a neighborhood in Soacha, Colombia. We have electricity,  but there is no waste management. Water arrives twice per week, and we have to collect  it in containers to use it for cooking, bathing, and drinking. The weather is cold and the streets are unpaved.
