MY FAMILY:

I live with my mom, my dad, and my sister. My mom’s name is Leidy, my father’s name is Milton and my sister’s name is Alison. To support my family my dad works driving a bus.

MY HOME & COMMUNITY:

We live in a rented house, it has two bedrooms and one bathroom. It is located in “Guabal,” a neighborhood located in southern Bogota, Colombia. It is made of concrete and has metal sheets as a roof. We have electricity, but there is no waste management. Water arrives once per week, and we have to collect it in containers to use it for cooking, bathing, and drinking. The weather is cold and the streets are unpaved.
